Upon arrival to the Oaklands packing
centre, all eggs are inspected and graded within ten minutes in
order to supply customers with the highest quality product that
has a unique freshness - unparallel by Oaklands competitors.
The grading process takes between 2-4
minutes during which all eggs pass through a series of seven
quality tests. All dirty and cracked eggs are instantly removed
from the product line guaranteeing that all Oaklands customers
receive the highest quality and safest product.

Once inspected and graded all eggs are
ready to be packed into a range of Oaklands packaging. In order
to meet the requirement of all their customers, Oaklands offers
fresh and free range egg in a variety of cater pack or pre-pack
unit sizes which range from 5 to 210 dozen.
Once packed, all products are sealed,
labelled and palletised ready for same day dispatch to
customers at a rate of 300,000 eggs per hour.
